3.1 CatchCrew.co ships products to locations within Malaysia. For international shipping, please contact our customer service.

3.2 Delivery times may vary and are dependent on the shipping method selected at checkout. CatchCrew.co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

3.3 Shipment is processed by our fulfillment partner iStoreiSend.

3.4 Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any damage. If you receive damaged goods, contact our customer service within 7 days to report the issue.

4.1 CatchCrew.co accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4.2 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at fish@catchcrew.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

4.3 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

4.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.1 CatchCrew.co makes every effort to display accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products, including pricing. However, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, CatchCrew.co reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at the incorrect price.
